As for timely delivery, we try our best to cut out processing time and shipping time as possible. 

The processing time is spent on quality check, for example, material quality, details quality, etc., which normally takes 7-10 business days. However, the processing time may be longer due to the shortage of stock, the time of the year, etc. For any inconvenience, we sincerely ask for your patience and understanding. After finishing the processing of orders, we will ship out the items according to the shipping methods you have chosen: either express shipping or standard shipping. After dispatching the package, we will send you the tracking number of your order. You may refer to the following chart to estimate the shipping time.

*If you want to cancel a paid order, please receive the package first and contact us for a refund or exchange.

As for smooth delivery, we may need your cooperation by providing necessary information. For example, if your destination country if Brazil, please leave your 11-digit CPF/CNP for customs use; if the address is in Russia, please provide your company name and specific address for packages cannot be delivered to individual house in Russia; if you are in US territories, you can choose your country, Puerto, for example when selecting country. Besides, P.O.Boxes and military addresses(APO, FPO) are out of our reach of delivery.
